These Terms govern access to VisualBraid, a web service that helps users turn their own digital-product files and brand information into downloadable sales images. By creating an account, uploading content, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your Google account, and activity performed through your VisualBraid account. Do not share access or use another person's account without permission.
You retain ownership of files, logos, text, images, and other materials you upload. You confirm that you own them or have the permissions needed for VisualBraid to process them and create the requested outputs. You give VisualBraid a limited permission to host, process, render, and deliver your content only as needed to operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, you may use generated images for your own listings, marketing, and other lawful commercial activity. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy, accessibility, platform rules, and rights clearance of every exported image before publishing it. VisualBraid does not access, publish to, or manage an Etsy or Shopify shop on your behalf.
Free features, one-time products, and subscription plans are described on the pricing page. Prices, taxes, renewal interval, included limits, and payment-provider terms are shown before purchase. Waffo Pancake may act as merchant of record and may process checkout, receipts, refunds, taxes, and payment disputes under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Digital downloads and generated files may have special limits after delivery or download. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. VisualBraid may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect users, comply with law, respond to rights complaints, or address a material breach.
VisualBraid may improve, change, or discontinue features. We will try to provide notice for material changes that affect paid access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because an upstream provider is unavailable.
VisualBraid is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your content, publishing decisions, marketplace compliance, and business results. Governing law and dispute venue: [REVIEW: GOVERNING LAW].
