Acceptable Use Policy

The content and behavior standards that keep VisualBraid safe for sellers and their customers.

You must not

Key points
  • Upload or generate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, threatening, or sexually exploitative content.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Upload malware, credentials, payment data, or personal information without a lawful basis and permission.
  • Scrape, probe, reverse engineer, overload, bypass limits, evade payment, or interfere with another user account.
  • Use generated assets to misrepresent a product, its contents, file count, license, delivery method, or marketplace affiliation.
  • Upload a competitor's paid template, listing image, logo, or reference material and ask VisualBraid to reproduce it.
  • Use VisualBraid to create or distribute spam, phishing, impersonation, or automated marketplace activity.
  • Resell access to VisualBraid or expose its private APIs without written permission.

Reference images and future AI features

If a future feature accepts a reference image, you must have permission to use it. VisualBraid may provide visual-direction analysis, but it is not intended to reproduce another seller's protected artwork, logo, character, or exact composition.

Enforcement and reports

We may remove content, pause a job, limit downloads, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to rights complaints, or prevent fraud. Reports can be sent to support@visualbraid.com.
