The checkout page shows the product, price, currency, renewal interval if applicable, included features, and the fact that VisualBraid does not publish files to Etsy or Shopify.
For the $5 one-time kit, request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us with the order email and order ID. Once a complete, unwatermarked download has been delivered or downloaded, eligibility may be limited except where the product was not delivered, materially failed to work, or applicable law provides another remedy.
For a subscription, cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. A refund for the current period is available only under the final plan terms, applicable law, or where we charged incorrectly.
Waffo Pancake or another payment provider may process the refund and may apply its own payment, tax, fraud, or chargeback procedures. We will not ask you to send card details by email. Refund contact: support@visualbraid.com.
