This policy explains what VisualBraid collects, why it is needed, how long it is retained, and what choices you have when using the service.
We use information to authenticate users, save and render projects, provide downloads, check purchase and subscription rights, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations. VisualBraid currently uses deterministic browser-side templates and does not send uploaded planner content to a generative image model.
Anonymous uploaded files and previews are scheduled for automatic deletion after 24 hours. Because cleanup jobs can be delayed, deletion may occur shortly after the stated period. Authenticated projects remain until you delete them or the account is closed, subject to backups, fraud prevention, and legal retention requirements. Privacy requests: support@visualbraid.com.
VisualBraid may use managed providers for hosting, authentication, database/storage, payment processing and merchant-of-record services, email/support, and error monitoring. Provider names and locations must be finalized before publication.
VisualBraid may use essential cookies for authentication and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies must be disclosed and controlled as required by the user's location. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information.
