Privacy Policy
How VisualBraid handles accounts, uploaded files, payments, and support requests.

1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what VisualBraid collects, why it is needed, how long it is retained, and what choices you have when using the service.
2. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, Google account identifier, and session information.
- Project information such as product name, delivery description, selected pages, brand settings, logo, and generated asset status.
- Uploaded planner PDFs, PNG/JPG images, previews, and exported files that you choose to process.
- Checkout, order, subscription, refund, and entitlement status. Payment card details are handled by Waffo Pancake or its payment partners.
- Support messages, contact details, project IDs, technical logs, and security events needed to operate the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, save and render projects, provide downloads, check purchase and subscription rights, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations. VisualBraid currently uses deterministic browser-side templates and does not send uploaded planner content to a generative image model.
4. Retention and deletion
Anonymous uploaded files and previews are scheduled for automatic deletion after 24 hours. Because cleanup jobs can be delayed, deletion may occur shortly after the stated period. Authenticated projects remain until you delete them or the account is closed, subject to backups, fraud prevention, and legal retention requirements. Privacy requests: support@visualbraid.com.
5. Service providers
VisualBraid uses managed providers such as Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Google for OAuth sign-in. When enabled, Waffo Pancake or another payment provider may process checkout, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes. We may also use support and error-monitoring services to operate the product and respond to requests.
6. Cookies, rights, and updates
VisualBraid may use essential cookies for authentication and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies must be disclosed and controlled as required by the user's location. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information.
